Who Am I?

  I’m a 500-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher, coach, and trauma recovery specialist dedicated to helping men navigate life’s challenges with strength and clarity. Having personally overcome trauma, addiction, fear, anxiety, stress, anger, and shame, I understand the depth of transformation possible through mindful movement, self-inquiry, and healing practices.

  Over the past decade, my journey has reshaped me mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually—now, my mission is to guide others through their own process of growth and resilience. Whether it’s stress, grief, or the weight of unspoken struggles, I provide the tools and support to help men face, understand, and move through life’s complexities with purpose and confidence.
