Men's Circle
Forever Yoga in Tempe
The Men’s Circle you are attending is an in person peer support group for men. This is a safe space / container for ALL men to feel seen and heard. The circle’s intention is a safe and friendly space to share, make friends and learn how to be a better version of you. Being a man can be lonely, and being part of this men’s circle can be the support you need to finally end procrastination and to grow into the best version of yourself.
We breathe together, we meditate together and we move our bodies in a mindful way (yoga). We then gather in a circle for the “real talk” about meaningful topics and how they affect men. Yoga Nidra Workshop

Nervous System Regulation (Zoom)

What it is: These workshop aims to help individuals like you understand and regulate their nervous system, which plays a crucial role in our physical and emotional well-being.
Why it’s important:
A dysregulated nervous system can lead to various issues, including anxiety, stress, depression, and physical symptoms like headaches and chronic pain.

Anger Management Workshop

An anger management workshop based on yogic techniques combines mindfulness, breathwork, and physical exercises from yoga to help individuals manage their anger and emotional responses. The goal of such a workshop is to create awareness around the triggers of anger, learn how to regulate emotions, and build mental resilience.
